Minimum Browser Versions for accessing the Admin Portal

Effective 2/21/2016 a new version of the server side of ESChat including the Customer Admin Portal was released.

The new version contains new features and options for both users and administrators’ coinciding with the updated look and feel of the Android client with enhanced Google Maps.

The previous URL for the Customer Admin Portal (https://sales.sla-ptt.com/sales) has be re-directed to the new URL (https://aws-portal.sla-ptt.com/portal/).  Some users accessing the portal from an older bookmark may experience an error message: "Failure Invalid Request Decode Failure".  If so please Hard reload (Shift-Ctrl-R) the old site in your Browser to be redirected to the new site.   Replace the old bookmark with a new one upon successful opening.

Minimum Browser Versions:

  • Internet Explorer    - 11.0
  • Google Chrome      - 48.0
  • Firefox                  - 44.0.2

 

The previous Admin Portal link at ESChat.com was located in the lower right corner with the black border and titled "Partner Access".  This has been updated to "Customer Admin Portal" and can be found in the top left and bottom right of the ESChat.com home page:
