Viewing/Editing an Individual User

Navigate to a user by clicking the Departments tab, then click the Users tab to view all of the users in the selected Department.  The User table shows your enterprise Users’ current registration state and device information.  From here you can add, delete, or modify individual account information, feature keys, settings and contacts.  You can also resend activation texts.

To view information on a particular user from this list click on the individual’s User Login name.
