ESChat support is available via:

  • Activation and Quick Start guides (PDF file format) and demonstration videos at the ESChat FAQ web site.
  • Knowledgebase articles at the ESChat Knowledgebase web site.
  • Email support from within the ESChat Android client.  Press the three dot menu, and select "Email Support."
  • Email support from within the ESChat iOS client. Press the three dot menu, and select "Email Support."
  • Email support from within the ESChat Dispatch client by selecting Help, and then Email Support.
  • Submit a support ticket at the ESChat Support web site.
  • Emailing a message to ptt-support@slacorp.com
  • Calling toll free in the USA: 844.4ESCHAT (844.437.2428)
  • Calling (world wide): 805.541.5044x3

 

The more information you can provide, the better we will be able to assist you.

Please provide as much of the following information that is available to you in an ESChat support request:

  • Your Name.
  • Your preferred contact method, such as a phone number or email address. Certain ESChat cellular device support requests may be better served using a contact phone number different than an ESChat cellular device number.
  • Describe the issue or request.
  • The ESChat Username.
    • This is displayed in the About screen of a cellular device ESChat client.
    • This is displayed in the ESChat > Options > Personalities tab of an ESChat dispatch client.
    • This is displayed in the subject of the ESChat Activation email message.
    • This is displayed in the body of the ESChat Activation text message, in parenthesis after the phrase "ESChat Setup".
  • The ESChat Enterprise name, such as "commercial01" or "public", or the numeric Enterprise identifier.
    • This is displayed in the About screen of a cellular device ESChat client.
    • This is displayed in the ESChat > Options > Personalities tab of an ESChat dispatch client.
    • This is displayed in the subject of the ESChat Activation email message.
    • This is displayed in the body of the ESChat Activation text message, in parenthesis after the phrase "ESChat Setup".
  • The ESChat cellular device phone number, if applicable.
    • This is typically displayed in the cellular device settings menu.
    • Or, cellular call another cellular device from the ESChat cellular device, then note the displayed phone number.
  • The ESChat device email address, if applicable.
  • The ESChat BREW (Ravine2 and other supported devices) device Hexadecimal MEID or ESN, if applicable.
    • This is typically displayed in the cellular device settings menu, or on a label in the battery compartment.
