Important Update for ESChat Android Users

We are pleased to announce the release of ESChat version 19.1 to the Google Play Store.

This release represents a major update to the ESChat system and includes a number of new features, including:

  • Update to new Google Map System, with enhanced features:
    • 3D Map View
    • Map Rotation
    • Pin Clustering
    • New Map Overlays
  • Improved User Interface features, including:
    • "Swipe Down" to Refresh Contacts or Groups.
    • Addition of Android "Navigation Drawer".
    • Static on screen "Menu" location
    • Support for recent and anticipated Android updates. 
  • Support for Bluetooth LE Push-to-Talk Buttons
  • Bug Fixes and more.

Android users who rely on the ESChat Mapping feature:

 This update must be installed before January 30, 2016 as Google will be shutting down their old map server.

We have updated our ESChat Android Quick Start Guide to and ESChat Android User Guide to highlight the enhancements included in ESChat version 19.1.
